I had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Crown Plaza in Leeds! Beautiful aesthetically pleasing decor, and cosy velvet seating. Clean well light lounge areas and pleasant, polite, accommodating staff. The Spirit Health Spa was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a swim and ease your muscles in the steam room and Jacuzzi. I was Upgraded to a Club room which gave me access to the Club Lounge where I could choose from a selection of Wine and Canapés. The Red wine was just to my liking and the Vegan sweetcorn fritters were very tasty alongside the scrumptious Salsa dip. The rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities, down to the branded water bottles in the fridge on arrival. I was also permitted a complimentary late check out which was fab for a girl that hates to rush. I will definitely be staying here again. Special thanks to Chipo, Dony, Anna and Manager Stuart :)

I’ll be staying at the Crowne Plaza Leeds over the next 14 weeks, and first impressions are very positive. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff throughout the hotel have been friendly and professional. The lobby is welcoming, and the gym, pool, and sauna are a real bonus after a long workday. The only minor downside is that the pool changing rooms could do with a refurbishment, as they feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the facilities. The location works well for me with work, and there are plenty of local food options within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient for longer stays. Overall, a solid hotel with good facilities and a practical location — I’m looking forward to the rest of my stay

Beautiful room very spacious , we booked the junior suite so bigger than the basic rooms . Great location 5 minutes walk into centre , plenty of bars and cafes close by if you don't want to venture into town. Hotel facilities are good and the gym and pool with sauna and steam room are a bonus. We didn't go to the bar and restaurant for a meal but did have breakfast which was buffet style. We were greeted by lily on the front reception, she was lovely and very helpful

Sometimes its the service that you get that raises the rating you'd give a hotel. In this case the room we were allocated was ok but the bathroom was smelly. The smell was either of a blocked drain or washing with a dirty mop. There was also only one towel (even though there were two of us) and one packet of biscuits and even that was totally crushed. We asked to be moved because of the smell and were quickly relocated. The new room was similar but only had one chair instead of a couch however we chose to accept it as it was, at least, clean. Apart from the room everything went well and the staff were really helpful and I'd like to commend Chipo (at least that's what I think her name was) for her excellent customer service in finding us another room and sorting out a few other minor issues. We ate in the restaurant which was surprisingly good for a city centre hotel. After that my wife fancied some chocolate but after asking at reception found none could be purchased in the hotel. Initially Chipo gave us directions to the nearest supermarket but then asked us to wait a couple of minutes and returned with some complimentary chocolates for us. So overall, initially poor room but soon resolved, decent food in the restaurant and great staff made for a pleasant shopping weekend stay. (We stayed in December 2025)

We travelled up from London for just a night and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Its close proximity to the station makes it extremely convenient, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and, most importantly, very clean. The amenities particularly the gym and pool facilities are outstanding. The service we received was excellent. Giorgio in the bar was especially impressive; he consistently made sure we were well looked after and served us with an energy and enthusiasm that made the experience memorable. The rest of the bar team were also fantastic and mixed a great Old Fashioned. Overall, it was definitely worth staying, and I would highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed for one night for work purposes and had a great experience. The car park had plenty of spaces- ground level spaces were very handy. I received a warm welcome from Patrice at reception, who was friendly and efficient. Archie at the restaurant provided excellent service during dinner — he was attentive and went the extra mile to check with the chef whether the chicken was halal. The chef even came out personally to reassure me and showed me a photo of the chicken’s packaging, which I really appreciated. At breakfast, Harvey was friendly and quick to clear tables and keep the area spotless. Overall, a great hotel with modern decor, good vibes, and outstanding service. Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at the Crowne Plaza Leeds Hotel & Leisure Centre. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and really made my stay memorable. Patricia at reception was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She made check-in smooth and took the time to ensure everything was perfect for my stay. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing great customer service. The leisure centre was also a highlight. Anthony was amazing — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. He created such a positive atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to see someone so attentive and enthusiastic about making guests feel comfortable. Overall, the hotel facilities were great, and the staff truly made the difference. Huge thanks to Patricia and Anthony for their outstanding service. I would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza Leeds and look forward to visiting again.

Sayed at the Crown Plaza, Leeds to attend a concert in the city centre. Lovely comfortable hotel with great facilities and the room was nice. Main stand-out at this hotel was the staff. From reception to the breakfast waiters, all the employees at the hotel made us feel very welcome. A special mention to Patrice on reception - She was quite simply wonderful and very helpful - thank you!
